Disappointed!!

It pains me to once again complain about the service from DSTV team. I checked my DSTV app and saw payment due is R906 and some change on the 29May21 and being the person I am, decided to round the number up to R910.00 and I go and pay said amount via EFT - like I do every month. Low and behold, 08JUN they decide to suspend my viewing, because I never paid. Mind you now I'm being charged a connection fee too. I am disappointed. The fact that I still choose to use this service in these trying times should speak volumes, but alas....Kindly look into this matter urgently because this is really ridiculous!
