Disappointed

i called on the 23 November at 12:03 and ask for my services to be cancelled. the lady i spoke with said that she will cancel it and i will only have access to watch till 25 November.. today my full premium was taken, i called in order to refund the payment only to be told that the services was never cancelled. i want my funds back and you need to go listen to the call recording or i will sent the call to you.
