Disappointed

Good Day

i have been calling for 2 weeks now saying the same thing to different agents but im not getting helped. In Feb i didn't make a payment to Dstv easyview package (per month i pay R30) so in March i paid R100 to cover the re-connection fee. In April i made a payment of R30 but im told im owing R97 ???
