DISAPPOINTED

i did not pay for my dstv account for February and all of a sudden i got a call that it has been upgraded to premium , I told them i never authorized this action. Since i got the money now i wanted to pay for my compact bouquet and am being told am owing R900. The told me they are going to listen to calls to see is i upgraded ever since the 2nd of March until now, they sill haven't listened and its inconveniencing me . I really don't know what to do. This is really poor customer service . I am really angry and i need this sorted ASAP
