<p>Multichoice lists me on itc for R105 fine i make a payment of R180 on the 29th April 2016. So that i can clear my name. Next thing Bongani Tugwana the agent tells me the system assumed i wanted services n reconnected for 9days n now i owe them R109. First of all these services are prepaid. U pay n view. I never called to reconnect the services i was paying to clear my name so i can get finance elsewhere. The decoder is off and the message i got from dstv is for me to pay R319 to reconnect services. Why reconnect me with a credit of R75. If that was the case R50 is recon fee R25 for how many days service cause it should be pro-rata. I paid R180 so i can be on credit till such a time we reconnect services. I need my name cleared n the money written off n my R75 credit. This is not customer service. Multichoice is forcing us credit. Fo they follow NCA?</p>
