Disappointed

I came back from my holiday today and contacted call Centre. The call was cut off 3 times. Eventually I got hold of a consultant, Thabo Rabotapi who said to email proof of pmt. this was done before 9:00 am. There was no acknowledgement of email received. I waited till 12pm, then contacted call Centre again, spoke to Lindo Zwane, same story. She guaranteed me that the account will be active before the end of the day and promised to call. It's now 21:34, no call from Lindo even though I called and spoke to Thabo again who didn't even open my email to verify proof of pmt. I called in now and spoke to Masala Dzumba who said I must forward proof of pmt n she will activate account. I have made almost R200 worth of calls to the call Centre which is extremely frustrating. I moved from toptv to dstv cause of the programs but I am now beginning to wonder if this was a good move. I did mention this to a consultant earlier on, and he told me that it's my choice.clearly dstv is making enough money and they don't need my business. Siyabinga was the consultant. Very disappointing service!!!
