Disappointed

I'm disappointed by the behavior of your consultant, Nobuhle called my Mom on *** offering her an insurance for Dstv maintenance. I then took the phone cause I could hear that my mom couldn't understand what was being offered to her, i spoke to Nobuhle and she was rude didn't want to talk to me cause she wanted my mom to take the offer. She even told me they are going to deduct that R49 month end cause I can't tell her that my mom do want the offer even when i told her I'm the one paying for my mom cause she's not working, she told me she doesn't care.
