I pay my account every with the amount of the package I took out. I was shocked on Sunday when my account was disconnected. I called today and was advised the package was increased in April. My question is why was I not informed. I now have to pay reconnection fee due to the inconvenience and lack of communication from your side. I am disgustedl that you don't communicate effectively and that I must pay for your incompetence.
