DIFFERENT MONTH BUT SAME OLD PROBLEM.

I downgraded my services from Access to Easyview on the 30th of August 2021 and I also requested to remove my PVR settings.

I made payment of R29.00 on the same day 30 August 2021 which is also my payment date.

I was shocked to receive the following SMS "Thank you for your payment, unfortunately the amount paid is less than required. Please pay R79."

I called the call center and spoke to Fernando Desha who told me am owing R79.00 from the previous month.

How can I owe for a month without my services being cancelled.

Am tired of DStv incompetence A DIFFERENT MONTH BUT SAME OLD PROBLEM.

Useless service provider you disconnect my services after I paid for my subscription on time. Am not shocked at your incompetence am just angry that you take my money and disconnect my services.
