Different Debit Orders
<p>I took the price lock begining June this year. I called in and i was told that my debit order would be R1067. This mont debit order is R1146. Now how do my debit order go up where it should be R959.00 as i was informed. This is ripping me off because there were no extras that was explained to me.</p>

Upon checking your account we can verify that the amount debited was indeed R1067.18. See breakdown below :
R 932.68 for Payment plan
R 70.00 for Box-Office
R 64.50 for Decoder Care Insurance ( 35.00 +29.50)
Total = R1067.18
Your monthly debit order will be (R959 + R64.50 ) R1023.50 inclusive of the decoder care insurance.
