Didn't agree to s price lock on the second package Noluthando Ndamase

I have a problem with Multichoice wanting to control how we pay and not being transparent, I upgraded my second package whe Uthando Nesthembhu was playing for my kids today I call in to downgrade package as they no longer watching it . I have 2 packages with them and the 1st which is the exploration I had agreed to the price lock but the second paI didn't as I was managing it myself so today I spoke to 2 consultants to assist with downgrading the other one no one calls back when ur airtime runs out and being put on hold for long rime then team leader says did I not see that it was on price lock for 9 month now so my question is where does she/he enter as it's my money DSTV is very sill and trying to be smart by putting all my account on price lock without agreeing to the second one being on price lock and they say I must pay 190 for having it canceled but why as I never agreed I want this sorted out or I am taking this up as I never agreed to my second package to be on price lock
