Did you CANCEL your DSTV Account Successfully. Did you receive a reference?

Has anyone managed to CANCEL their DSTV account? Appears to be many complaints The Agents discontinue the service but cant change the billing! They cannot provide a reference number, ticket or even an email of confirmation that the request has been processed. FISHY!! Is THIS A ****, to keep billing occurring!!! How interesting after YEARS of being a LOYAL subscriber, that I wasnt even asked WHY I want to cancel. Back in the good old days where many new movies were available it was a great service. compared to the utter ******* on now, the re run after re run after re run. Do they really think we wont notice. So what's really going on behind the scenes. This requires investigative journalism. The Agents can be friendly & polite & even explain they cannot provide a ticket / reference number for your cancellation request. Because they are a FRONT to what is really going down, fooling you into thinking you are cancelling but actually, NOT!! IF this situation changes i will update & apologies - but just read the other Hello Peter reviews posted recently!!!! MMMmm....SHOCKING. How many people are they *********** & pocketing that money from "cancelled accounts: !!! Please investigate where that money is!!! This beautiful land of lies, *******ion, blatant theft & devastation of all things good
