Did an upgrade on easyview a few days ago
Did an upgrade on easyview a few days ago . Gave instructions via mail and calls numerous times all to the CEO OFFICE!! Took it all was Ok!!! Did an.advance EFT for upgrade. Told 2 days ago DOWN GRADE WAS MESSED UP COS OF VIEWING AND CANCELLING AN INSURANCE QUOTE!!! TWO COMPLETELY SEPARATE ISSUES!!! TOLD DEBIT ORDER WOULD GO THRO FOR A FULL MONTHS SUBS INSTEAD OF A FEW DAYS UPGRADE!!! USELESS STAFF USELESS PROCESSES DISGUSTING PATHETIC SERVICE. MULTICHOICE DSTV. SAME THING HAPPENED MONTHS AGO FOR ANOTHER UPGRADE. HAD TO WAIT 10 DAYS FOR A REFUND!!!!

After messing up my downgrade with the decoder insurance and a senior MANAGER still to call me back 4 DAYS now, dstv messes up again and FORGETS TO downgrade me completely even AFTER all the mess up. ABSOLUTELY atrocious!!!!!
