Diconected service require a refund

Kindly investigate i have an issue with multichoice. My account is paid i have never skipped payment but my services are disconecred. Its not a once off thing. Everytime i have to call thwm to conect me and they dont tell me whats the problem is. They better refund me if im not allowed to use their services. I need my refund
