Just like your call centre on the numerous occasions I was assured of a phone call, on a Hellopeter complaint of all places you respond to me \We note your frustration and are committed to turning this around for you. Let us assist you with this.\"<br> <br> Since last Thursday when you responded, still no call. I am only posting another complaint so people can see how pathetic your customer service is.
