Despicable Service_Multichoice
On Monday 28 November 2022, I purchased online DSTV Streaming service for R699.00.
Despite spending no less than 2 hours over the last two days on calls with Multichoice Contact Centre Agents (trying to activate my account) I still am not able to stream and enjoy viewing pleasure.
Multichoice Contact Centre Agents are the worst, most are clueless and are quick to transfer calls, where one is subjected to being on hold for lengthily periods. Honestly, DSTV already has a reputation for offering little value for money, and with the despicable service I'm tempted to cancel!
