Deplorable service.

Absolutely deplorable service. I've been fighting for 3 months to get a refund. They've sent me from pillar to post and still no resolution. Each consultant says something different and the team leaders are no better. They keep saying they'll escalate the issue but never do. Extremely disappointed with them.
