Demanding insurance otherwise mulitchoice wont help me if i call, in the event if their are channel issues. Event though I am paying for those channels.

So get a call today saying that i have decoder where the warranty has expired. That means multi-choice will no-longer assist me if their is an issue. Firstly I did not buy the decoder from multichoice it came from pick n pay. Secondly I pay a monthly fee to watch dstv. I do not get why when I have a issue with my channels I was told i cant call in and if i come to the branch I will get charged for the help.

I was never explained this when i bought the decoder, I dont see why I need to pay an insurance fee to enable multichoice to help me when I am getting channel errors. This was the first I heard of this yet I pay a monthly fee for channels that play the same stuff over and over.

I have been a customer for so long and wondering is it even worth it to continue with people that have no ethics whats so ever.
