Delivery of Dstv Decoder

I would want to place a complain with Dstv online store, last year I bought a stand alone Dstv Decoder on 18/12/2025 I paid for it. Then because the holidays was approaching then I understand that most places close on December, then on January a delivery company (Ram delivery)called me around 14 or 15th saying they have my staff to deliver ,only to find that they are in a wrong address. Then I gave them the write address but still they continued going to the same wrong address the following day. Then they decided to return the goods back to Dstv ,I have tried so many times waisting my airtime calling them every consultant i am speaking to he/she promise me that they will comeback to me but non have done that. Up until today I am still waiting for my Parcel. I am even tired of waisting my time calling the call center cause they don't assist you.If they don't want to delivery the Decoder then they must refund my money back.
