Deliver a service and stop escalating for 5 weeks already

5 weeks after concluding a contract with DSTV and you still have not delivered on your end of the bargain. 5 Weeks of following up with DSTV weekly, the standard response from 3 emails, 4 Facebook posts, 4 telephone calls and a post here on Hellopeter: "We'll escalate your query". How many times must an issue be escalated before YOU will resolve the issue? The latest response received on Tuesday 28 Sept: "You need to follow up with the installer, as we have sent your decoder to the installer". Number 1 - I'm your customer and concluded a contract with YOU, DSTV, not with your installer!!!! I'm the customer why should I have to follow up with YOUR installer??? Number 2 - Why is this installer a preferred installer? If this is the type of service that YOUR installer delivers on YOUR behalf, why are they still allowed to be referred to as a preferred supplier!! To add insult to injury, I've been informed that the pro-rata subscriptions + normal subscription will be debited at the end of this month. YOU have not delivered on your end of the contract, so why should I be expected to pay for something I don't have???? I'm tired of hearing: "We're sorry, we'll escalate your query". With the amount of time that this has been escalated, it must be sitting with the CEO by now... YOU call YOUR installer and call THEM to order!!! Please let me know when YOUR installer will install YOUR product for YOUR customer.

Again, a generic response, which tells me nothing really. I'll receive another call, give all my information again and be told it's being escalated.

After speaking to a consultant on 30 Sept, I was told I would receive a call from the consultant again on 01 Oct. That has now come and gone - no phone call. Just another email to say it’s been escalated to the installer. It’s coming up for 6 weeks since signing!!!!!!!
