Delayed replacement decoder!

I have requested a replacement for my decoder that I was told it will take 2 days max for an agent to call me. It's been 2 weeks now, no phone call no agent!!! Why say 2 days if you know it's impossible. I need them to respond or I cancel the subscription. This is not on!!
