Delayed refund

I paid multichoice R9010 instead of R910 and I called to request my refund. They said that since the account is in my husband's name they will have to speak to him and he called and logged a case for refund until today we haven't received the refund. We call daily and we are promised payment the following day bit nothing comes. I made it clear that the money is to pay for school fees and other commitments but they did not see any urgency to paying back my money but the received it immediately. Since we logged a case on the 26th today is the 4th. Call center urgent are useless if u demand answers they hang up the phone on ur ear.
