delayed delivery, empty promises, ***********

almost two months later i have not received my price lock decorder. it`s annoying that i have to do a follow up when i get promised a feedback that never comes through from DSTV staff. I have been doing follow up weekly and get same nonsense of an answer like we have escalated your query or we have re-escalated your query" even now i am writing on hello peter to make people aware that DSTV doesn't keep promises and their service is horrible. They don`t take customer service, it is loaded of *********** bunch of people that i dealt with from Twitter to emails but non of the have came with a solution. I will not let go of this until my decorder is delivered because my credit score has declined due to this application. Annoyed to the core!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
