Delay in Customer Services
On the 2-08-17 i requested a paid up letter from you gys, since my account was apparently in arears. i paid the required amount and as of today i am still waiitng for my paid up letter. My reference number is ********** . The level of service i have recived from you guys goes against the fowllowing values you guys claim to stand by and say describe you . - Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations - Customer service and satisfaction come first on our priority list
I want my paid up letter or i will escalate this mattter future
