De*****ed by Multi choice Dstv

On the 6th June 2020,an amount of R1596-00 was debited from my account instead of R798-00.I called Multichoice informing them about an incorrect billing.The operator I spoke to took my details to verify if I was the account holder.He admitted that indeed I was incorrectly billed and that I will be contacted within 24 hrs in order to reverse my money.To date no one has ever contacted me regarding the reversal of my money.This is ***** and I will make sure that whoever is responsible will face the full might of the law
