26 Dec 2021, 16:54 Defective decoder and explora switch provided by multi choice over pricing on fees I have a decoder and it’s malfunctional, I called a couple time and they just keep saying do hard boot. Then they say it’s the dish, which is not true we use a communal dish and all the other tan ants are fine. The dish was checked and there was nothing wrong with it the installer said there might be something wrong with the switch and I find that suspicious because multi choice replaced the switch themselves. I am not getting any assistance, I pay full bouquet but I can only watch some programs that I have recorded. Catch up keeps on wanting me to download which is another thing that is not working. Then the bill is a problem on the 10 of September 2021 I paid via eft R1896.31. On the 15th of OctoberI paid R984, on the 15th of Nov R1485,33 and on the 15th of Dec I paid R1144,23. In Dec I paid twice the insured for the decoder and a R100 I don’t know comes from where. On the 22nd I was charged R947 which was dstv access fee and insurance, on the 17th I don’t know what’s going on. Every time I call they ask me to say things for security reasons but when I check the policy document are incorrect they say I stay in balfo park and I stay in Gauteng.
