De*****ed by Muiltichoice: debit order without my authorisation

My Mulitchoice balance payable at 1 August 2022 was R501. I paid an amount of R550 on the 25th July 2022 via EFT (for years i have been paying via EFT) from my FNB account and it showed the payment was successful. Then Multichoice made a debit order of R501 on 1 August . I called to ask why they made the debit order ( without my authorisation) after i had paid the account. They told me the system shows i paid via EFT and days after i withdrew the money. How the hell can i withdraw money form Multichoice account when the EFT shows it was successful. I have sent then proof that the payment was done and it was successful. We all know the EFT reflects immediately into Multichoice account when you pay them. Now i am told to wait 24 hours for investigation. I have been de*****ed by Mutil choice for all the bull **** repeat episodes. Infact i give them 0 star People beware they will come for your accounts especially if you have once used the debit order system and they have you bank details. Keep checking your statements to see this BIG ***** called Multichoice. I am process to open a case against whoever made the debit order without my authority.
