De*****ed by accredited dstv installer - no response from DSTV

On 29 December 2021, an accredited dstv installer charged me R4310 for an optical line LNB that was never installed. Instead, they installed an old, cracked LNB which, when the service failed and another business inspected it, was fixed with insulation tape. Photo's were taken and sent to dstv, as well as notes from the business that had to fix the terrible work regarding this, and was happy to confirm the facts.

I requested a refund from dstv as this is a dstv accredited installer, but did not receive any reply. As this installer will in all probability carry on with this conduct, I would appreciate it if dstv could take this seriously and respond?
