DEFINITELY the worst customer services EVER!
Sitting on DSTV Streaming chat (because phones clearly not working at your offices) and it is absolutely RIDICULOUS how you treat customers. I've been 14 minutes on chat and this AZ Paballo person asked me two questions. The same questions. I provided my details twice. And now this chat is just wasting my time. I am fed up. WORST customer services ever. GOOD GRIEF this is ****ing me off!

22 Feb 2024, 13:56I was just wondering if anyone is going to phone me. If I call the *** number it goes though the automated voice recording and when I select a number it disconnects. So clearly DSTV really don't care. I've been doing without it for years... not sure why i thought anything changed.
