Deduction from credit card without authorization

After cancelling my month to month DSTV Compact Plus Online Streaming subscription with you in August I was subscribed to the decoder package without my knowledge. As I pay manually with a credit or debit card this should not have been an issue but I was then notified that you deducted R539 from my credit card without my knowledge or authoization. I did not make the payment myself and when I do I would first have to enter a code I receive by SMS for any payments to go through.

I contacted your support via you website and they could not explain how you where able to deduct money from my credit card but would put in a refund request. Now over 6 weeks later and 5-6 refund requests that have been denied I am still waiting for my refund.

I am unsure if I can use your services again as I don't know if your company can be trusted with card details or if this is just a case of bad service.
