Deducting Insurance after I cancelled subscription

I have been waiting 2 weeks for MultiChoice Accounts Department to give me a call and tell me why I am still paying insurance after my subscription has been cancelled (more than a half year ago). I spoke with a consultant by the name of Warren who advised me that there Accounts Division is in another building. It is my responsibility to contact there Accounts Department and cancel my insurance. Warren informed me that even if he was to escalate my query, there was NO guarantee that they will call me. This does not make professional sense, are they not one unit. My dilemma is this, I live in Cape Town, I told him, I don't have airtime to call to Johannesburg (I am unemployed and struggling to get by). Why couldn't he just transfer my call? I have had no feedback from Warren to this day and still no call from there accounts department.
