Deducting from bank account
<p>I have been paying a MONTHLY fee for my DSTV for many years. All of a sudden this month January 2017, they promptly deduct R9700 from our account. Bank charges for the Debit Order has now been added for the returned Debit Order We had just the right amount for the monthly deduction ready. We have tried to contact anyone at DSTV in Managerial post to pay back the money for bank charges with no luck. How can DSTV just deduct R9700 from your account when we pay monthly?! Debit Orders with DSTV is dangerous!</p>

Dear Rupert @ DSTV - That is all wonderful that they 'rectified' it but the fact remains you people deducted a large sum from our banking acc. There are now Bank charges of R185+R17 for Debit Order returned for that large sum of money. We had exactly the correct amount in our account for the monthly Debit Order to go off. DSTV must please put back the bank charges into our account in order for us to pay the monthly debit order again.

It has been 3 weeks now and nothing has been done! I have incurred bank charges because DSTV deducted R9000 from my Bank Acc Debit Order where you were only supposed to deduct R900!! I'm going to have to take this matter further if the bank charges of R202 is not paid back into my account within 2 days. I will have to resort to warning other people too to not have Debit Orders with DSTV because they just take off whatever amounts they want. Urgent!

It took a while but DSTV has credited my acc (deducted) from my March Acc so that I don't have to pay the full amount.
