Deducted money without services

1st of all I had insurance for my decoders for years with but when 1 of the decoders has technical issues I was informed that they they only swap with refab decoders, then I cancelled the contact, then now I deactivated my decoders on the the 31/01/25, I then received a msg that from the 02/02/25 the dstv will be off, and yes it was cut off, but today multichoice took R638 from my account and I tried to reachout to them but no response
