Deducted 3times more!!!

Dstv has deducted 3 times more then they were supposed to, and now i have been struggling more then 3weeks to get my own money back from them. Every day there is a diffirent stort of why they have deducted. Promises has been made over 5times that a manager on duty will Phone me back with feedback or Who is working on my case. But NOTHING yet. This is really frustrating!!! Also have been told that my money will be refunded 3times and also NOTHING!!!
