Decor not working
I am so annoyed. my decor stopped working on Sunday 29/09/2024. My husband went to Benoni Tom Jones branch to report. They told him that he needs to update to the latest decor and they will be coming on Wednesday to install but they didn't come and now when he calls they put him on hold and hang up. I am so angry at the moment. The service is very poor . Now my husband has been put on hold for 2 hours and the agent doesn't want to assist him.
