Decoder updates messes up my viewing
I am very upset that DSTV performs Sim checks and updates on my Decoded during the time I view my favorite programs at night. I yesterday missed 7 minutes of viewing time due to a decoder rested done by DSTV. I only watch 2 programs every day, and you are making that a mess ! I wish you would stop interfering with my viewing.

16 Oct 2017, 21:10The same thing happened tonight whilst trying to watch Channel 144. The decoder rebooted soon after I switched it on. My wife called the call centre and they advised het to switch the unit off at the plug, then top remove the aerial input cable (!!!!!@^%$) and put everything together and switch on ! It took the decoded 30 minutes and many reboots to start working, by that time my program was already over. Another missed episode. These people don't know what they are doing, the call center has no idea what they are trying, they are just guessing. I wish DSTV would stop making updates and reboots during my viewing time !!!!! :(:(:(
