DECODER TAKEOVER - DO NOT DO SO TOOO MUCH **** GETTING IT DONE!!!!

I sent in a letter together with his id to changover a decoder from his name to mine. He is an existing client on which you can see he has an active explorer decoder now. I am also an existing client with an inactive decoder linked to my account (which is broken) What is the problem??? A friend of mine transferred a decoder with the same documentation I have now????

You want a form with the exact same details filled in before you can do so.????
