Decoder problem
I bought a new decoder from a guy named Thembinkosi Tshabalala,he is a dstv installer,he's company is registered as "Nobesuthu Tk solutions,my decoder is no longer working and when I call to explain my problem to him he was so rude and told me its not his fault but when he came to install he was all nice and caring,I saw he's advert on facebook here are hos numbers***)I urge people not to do business with this guy because he does not have good people ethnics,he really hurt my feelings,so I need advice on what to do as a valid paying customer.
