Decoder payment plan

I recently app**** for car finance and was declined, because of a decoder payment plan (ddp) that is on my name that was found on a credit bureau which I knew absolutely nothing about!.. I currently have a dstv internet package and have no outstanding balance with dstv.. This is ridiculous! And apparently I am paying R69 a month towards a R1600 debt! (which is absurd).. This matter needs to be resolved. I have spoken to multiple agents to find out how to go about sorting this issue out but they all tell me that there is isn't any outstanding balance on my name?!.. If that's the case then why is my ID number linked to an outstanding amount that was handed over to a credit bureau?! This is an absolutely ridiculous situation that needs to be rectified ASAP! I just want this issue to be resolved, I even asked how can I settle the amount and pay it in full just to have this matter dealt with even though it's not my fault but I have received no assistance nor any feedback.

This matter needs to be resolved, because it is currently affecting my plans.. I needed someone to get back to me a month ago, so it's needs to be sorted out now.. I appreciate the response but it's not going to help me in any way if there is still nobody in contact with me.. Paying off this debt is not my responsibility because I don't not owe dstv anything, yet I still can't get help when I asked "how do I go about paying the outstanding amount?".. Surely there must be a way to settle the debt and clear my name?! (but nobody can tell me who to or where to send the money to pay this so called "ddp" on my name! So that is all I need to know.
