DECODER NOT INSTALLED FOR 12 MONTHS

I was offered an xplora on price lock with installation in April 2020 and to this day it has not been installed. I have contacted multichoice more 20 times to get somebody to install the decoder, all the number they give are incorrect and others say they can't install because multichoice won't pay u.. I am fed up evrytime I call the consulted will tell me they escalating the matter somebody will call me and more 12 months later it's still not installed and I have been paying for the past 12 months.. Can you please get somebody to install it or send someone to collect it I am fed up.. The last person I spoke to(Samkelo) today said this supervisor will call me in 20 minutes but no one has called me.
