Decoder not being removed from account
<p>I had 2 decoders which i used to use, now im using only 1 decoder and have given the other 1 away and filled in the change of ownership but the person i gave the decoder didnt complete or forward the form to multichoice. Now since he has my details with him he can call anytime to activate his own decoder with my name and doesnt pay for his package and eveytime i have to pay for 2 decoders. Ive been calling emailing and even facebooked on thier page seeking for help the consultants gave me number to call for my situation, 1 went to Multichoice africa and the other number just ring no voice comand seems ****. Yesterday my account was due R224 now this morning im due R612.</p>

Kindly complete the attached change of ownership form, only complete the first page of the previous owners details and leave the page for new owner's details blank, https://www.dstv.com/topic/change-of-ownership-***1.
Send back the form with your ID copy for us to be able to remove the decoder from your DStv account.
After sending the change of ownership form, respond back with the case reference number you will get.
