Decoder maintenance contract
Multichoice never informed me as a MNet only subsciber that the decoder maintenance is not applicable to older decoders i.e. Delta 9000 since January 2014, but they still carry on to add an amount of R8-55 to my account each month for 24 months. When I contacted the call centre,***) the agent could not explain why they did not inform me or why this amount is still on my account. If your older decoder becomes faulty, they will not repair or replace, you just have to upgrade to DSTV full package - twice the montly instalment than for MNet! you just do not have a \choice"anymore with \""multichoice!!"""
