decoder issues

I have an issue with my decoder, its been two days and i have been trying to reach out to the representative and no one wants to help me( Khaya mashinini and Modupi) are people i remember. i requested them to assist me with connecting me to the relevent people to assist me. my decoder doesnt show me a channel schedule and most of my channels do not play and those that show they stutter. channels show error E48 and tried to clear it on the whatsapp platform and i restarting a thousand times already but still it does not show the schedule and most channels dont play.
