In July 2015, I had an issue with regards to the billing of my account with multichoice. I proceded to revert all debit orders from multichoice, as they were incorrect amounts being billed.
From 08August 2015 up until December 10th 2015, my DSTV has been off. I have been billed each month R99 for the decoder on the DPP, which reflects on my statement for each month, yet according to the walk in centre N1 City, this decoder has been deactivated by the DPP department, and they will give me a callback. This after taking my money via swipe card. Exactly R1433.00 worth, and guess what, still no DSTV.
So now I am paying for a deactivated decoder for the month of December, yet it is not active. And the call centre cannot activate it as the DPP department doesnt work after hours.

What kind of business runs a call line 24/7, yet one of the most important departments have no contact details of their own, cannot be contacted directly, and are never available when you need them?
Last time I waited for a callback from this department it took them 2 weeks to respond after i sent them around 50 sms'es applying as if i was a new customer.

Still no reply. now.
Best regards,
