Decoder change of ownership

How long can it take to change ownership of a decoder.

I mean really. I went into Benoni's branch with the previous owner to do the change. It took us nearly 2 hours and all the paperwork was done.

That is ID books presented and copied plus a form filled in by both parties.

It is Monday 15:25 and they still have not transfered the decoder.

A multi million Rand company and it takes this long ?? !!!!!

Useless in my opinion!

Dear Rob

We would like to thank you for taking our call today.

Kindly accept our apology for the delay causedin this regard.

As discussed, we currently have the system upgrade which causes a slight delay to process the change of ownership.

WOW !

Am I supposed o be pleased with this????

1 whole week to do such a simple thing. One would think it was opening a new bond.

A feable excuse you offer.

As I say you are so ****** fast to terminate ones service when one is a few days late.

It must be so satisfying to have a monopoly in the TV business. You can ask any price and provide really **** service knowing that the public has no choice.

Lovely cash *** you have. No need for service and no need to put in any effort and the money still rolls in.
