Decoder Care Contract still active !!!

I couldn't believe it. After cancelling the decoder care contract each month for the last 4 months and a complaint on Hello Peter It's still not done!!!<br> <br> What is going on, every month I send emails and phone but with no luck: Check the Previous Hello Peter Complaints!!!
