Decodee contract from multichoice

Dstv offered me a contract (decoder) they said it takes 48hrs to come for intallation, I phoned them after a week asking them to come for installation, they disn't come and I made a follow up with them and promise to come. After 2months I called them again because they are not returning my calls to come and collect their decoder and said they will colect it within 48hrs I keep on waiting but there was no return call feom them and I called them again more than 3 times the last call I told them I will no longer call them again because they are not returning my calls but still they didn't come. After 10-12 weeks of delivery they sent a guy am not sure about the name Victor/Doctror and I told him that I phone multichoice to come and collect their decoder, the guy called them and they said he must collect the decoder I gave him and asked if there is anything to be signed by me he said there is nothing it was December by that time and the decoder was delivered on the 16 October.

I decided to stop the debit order when I callead them on the 16th February I epxlained everything to the laddy her name was Angel Ngidi and she promiswe to escalate my message to the relevant department and return my call after a feedback and there was no call from them after that. On the 19th February I called them again they give me the the contact numbers for insurance and I did call insurance for cancellation of decoder insurance nd they advised me to call them again for a cancellation of a contract mind you they didn't tell me that I need to cancel the contract with them I called them again they said I must pay +- R2000 for them to cancell my contract I told them that it is not my falt it is their fault, she said she will not colancell my contract she will escalate my message to the relevant department. Please help
