Deceiving sale for Streama box.
They sold me lies. The consultant said buy a DSTV Streamer it comes with free Netflix free Showmax and reduced DSTV Premium Packages to R699.
Yesterday I tried to install it and I am told you pay for Netflix through separate account and Premium package is R999. The only thing that hat is free is Showmax which is standard even without the streams box.
I have smart tv. This box is made for people without smart TVs.
I called yesterday before I opened box and I starter by confirming if Netflix is free on the Streama box. The person I spoke said yes, after I opened it she said but u still need to have an account privately meaning I still need to pay.
I don’t want it anymore cos they ****
