Deceived to take Price log contract

Multichoice mislead me to take price log contract. I haven’t received the decoder and they debited my account and I also paid cash. They said my services are active while I do not have the decoder installed. I spoke with Nokuthula Qumani to ask for my refund and debit order be cancelled from my account. He referred me to her “manager“ Riyad Ally which I only found out now from an agent that he is not the manager. He promised to cancel my debit order and refund me. It has been 2 week now and I have not heard anything from multichoice. Only to my surprise when I called today and spoke with Nthabeleng Mothobi that the debit order was not cancelled and no refund was logged. I’m so frustrated and disgusted with the incompetence service we get from multichoice. I demand my refund and debit order removed from my account because I was deceived from taking the contract.
