********* marketing.

Multichoice offered me their 2 year price lock, over the phone, which was, I was assured, there would be no price increase what so- ever,(which is the same wording as on their Webb site.)

But after paying the same premium, for a couple of months in August my debit order jumped by R110-65. When I contacted Multichoice accounts, I was told that there was a charge, for having the facility to record and fast forward,(which can only be done, once the program has been recorded)they also charged interest for the back months that they forgot to deduct this cost. My next and subsequent payments would be R70 above my original debit order. Can this be legal ?as I was never told of this cost and I can find nothing written. They also have the audacity, to charge me interest, for not paying for something I knew nothing about!!!! An H

Nothing has been done,I still wan't to know why I was charged interest,on your mistake, for failing to stop, what you the real new subscription would be. And although I was informed there would be no price increase for 2 years,an amount of R70 extra was deducted, which would be the same as a yearly price increase! Regards Anthony.
